Colorful NYC City Hall & Brooklyn Waterfront Wedding

Sometimes taking portraits before a New York City Hall elopement or intimate wedding is the best idea when meeting family later. Such was the case for Tatiana and Ruben, two locals who tied the knot this Spring on a beautiful day! We met up for photos along the Brooklyn Bridge Park at Fulton landing which features amazing views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the skyline of Lower Manhattan. Going early in the day means fewer people and nice light, but somehow the Brooklyn Bridge is always crowded! Ruben mentioned he wanted to add color into the photos and I knew just the spot, one of my favorite murals on the side of the BQE in DUMBO.

We met with family at the Marriage Bureau and following the ceremony, the couple had a dramatic exit from the building with confetti. So jealous, the couple will head to Bali later this summer on their honeymoon!
